KILDARE: Green light for new shop in Naas town centre

A decision to grant planning permission was issued by Kildare County Council to convert offices in Naas to a shop. 

Logo Clothing Limited trading as House of Logo has been given the green light for the development. 

The development will consist of change of use of planning from offices to accommodate a clothing retail store.

The proposal will include new signage to the facia above the shop front.

The floor area of the premises is 173.63 square metres. 

The estimated value of the project is around €200,000, according to Construction Information Services.
