KILDARE: Nearly 50 homes planned for Kildangan area

A total of 46 apartments are being planned for Kilbeg, Kildangan.

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council on by Harristown Developments Limited.

Being planned is the construction of 46 residential dwellings comprising 10 four-bed dwellings, 32 three-bed dwellings and four two-bed dwellings.

Also planned is a new vehicular entrance off the existing R417 road including  a new cycling and pedestrian path.

Internal access roads, footpaths, infrastructure and landscaping are also included in the planning documents. 

The estimated construction value of the proposed development is over €11m, according to Construction Information Services database.
