KILDARE: Plans to demolish derelict property in Newbridge for new houses

Two dormer homes are being planned in Newbridge.

A planning application has been submitted to Kildare County Council on the matter by J.H. McLoughlin & Co. Limited.

Being proposed is the demolition of an existing derelict dwelling on Moorefield Road. 

The designs provide for the construction of two dormer residential dwellings on the site. 

The estimated gross floor area of the development is almost 300 square metres. 

The estimated construction value of the project is over €500,000, according to Construction Information Services database.
