Kildare's rescued animals need your help - support charity book fair and fashion pop-up

Some of you will, as supporters of KWWSPCA, know about the charity shop, Noahs Ark, all profits from which, help fund the work of KWWSPCA.

Based in Cutlery Road, Newbridge (opposite Whitewater Shopping centre). We are staffed by volunteers only (no one in KWWSPCA is paid).

Open Monday to Saturday from 10-5pm, our little shop, is in operation 10 years, and is a treasure trove! We sell ladies’ and men’s clothes, household items, books and accessories, all at fantastic prices. Everything in our shop has been donated by our supporters.

In addition to our daily shop sales, Noahs Ark runs a two-day Fashion Pop Up Shop twice a year, at the Town Hall in Kilcullen.

Here we sell good quality, new and nearly new ladies clothes, men’s clothes, bags, shoes, accessories and gift items. There are always some high end designer brand bags and ladies clothes included. Details of next event below.

Book fair

We also have a two-day book fair once a year, at Kilcullen Town Hall. Our books are only €1 each, and are a fabulous way to stock up for your winter reading.

Fiction mostly, but lots of non-fiction, children’s books and some surprises. Our next event is very soon.

Noahs Ark has a very successful online sales platform on Facebook.

Some of our very nice donations are offered for sale on our Facebook page, several times a week. We also have a brilliant monthly auction on our Facebook page, that is so well supported, and is a great opportunity to stock up on gifts, or quirky and vintage or antique items, while supporting our charity. Find us at https://www.facebook.com/KwwspcaShopNoahsArk

We believe in the #reducereuserecycle principle in Noahs Ark. We also regularly donate to other charities, hostels, refuges.

If you have some saleable items to donate, please drop to Noahs Ark. Every cent raised goes to the care of our animals. Our vet bills alone this year will probably exceed €150,000 so every cent really does count, your donation will make a difference! (We can’t sell used electrics, Baby equipment and toys, duvets/pillows, worn shoes)
