LATEST: 45 homes being planned in South Kildare
Planning permission lodged with Kildare County Council
A total of 45 new homes are being planned in a €7m development in Castledermot in Co Kildare.
The residential development will be based at Barrack Road, Castledermot on a site area of 1.24Ha.
The proposed development is comprised of
- 12 2 & 3-storey homes
- 3 & 4 bed detached, semi-detached and terraced houses,
- 22 2 and 3 bed apartments and duplex units accommodated in 2 3-storey buildings and
- 11 1 and 2 bed apartments accommodated in 1 3-storey building.
The proposed development also provides for two vehicular access points off Barrack Road.
Open spaces, landscaping, car parking, bin and bicycle storage are included in the plans.
