LATEST: 60 new homes get planning permission in Newbridge

An Bord Pleanala has granted permission with conditions for 60 new homes in Newbridge.

The €9.4m Housing Development is earmarked for the Morristownbiller area. 

The properties are:

• 12 3-bed semi-detached units);
• 19 2-bed terrace units;
• 21 3-bed end of terrace units
• 2 3-bed semi-detached units
• 5 apartments

Also included is public and private open space, carparking, bin storage, public lighting and landscaping.

There will also be pedestrian access and a site entrance onto Lakeside Park.
