LATEST: Apartments planned for Naas in estimated €250,000 project

Apartments are being planned near Naas town in an estimated €250,000 development. 

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council on the matter. 

The 132 square metre development is earmarked for the Rathasker Road, off the Newbridge Road. 

Being planned is a detached dormer block comprising of one 2-bedroom ground floor apartment.

Also in the plans is one 1-bedroom first floor apartment.

There are proposals to amend the existing car parking area to provide 15  car parking spaces.

The demolition of two external storage units is planned as well as the construction of four external storage units.
