Kildare County Council said it has welcomed the announcement today by Minister for Rural and Community Development, Heather Humphreys TD of over €300,000 in funding for 16 Community projects across Kildare.
The Community Centre Investment Fund (CCIF) is a new scheme which will support groups to carry out refurbishments and improvements of their local community facility. Grants of up to €25,000 will be provided to groups in both rural and urban communities.
