LATEST: Green light for car showroom development worth over €2m in Clane

Kildare County Council has granted planning permission for an motor repair and sales showroom in Clane. 

The facility in Clane Business Park on the Kilcock Road will also have office space on two floors.

The designs include external wash bays, valet bays and car parking.

The development will have a gross floor area of 788 square metres and the site spans 0.5 hectares. 

The estimated construction value of the project is over €2m, according to Construction Information Services database.
