LATEST: Over 50 new homes get green light in Coill Dubh
Kildare Co Council grants planning application
A total of 52 new homes have been granted planning permission in Coill Dubh.
A planning application for the development at Ballynafagh Springs, Cooleragh East was submitted to Kildare County Council by Co Kildare-based Derrin Homes Limited.
The two-storey dwellings will consist of:
- 34 semi-detached 3-bedroom houses
- 12 semi-detached 4-bedroom houses
- and six semi-detached 2-bedroom houses.
Also in the designs is pedestrian access to the adjoining 'The Meadows' housing estate.
The estimated construction value of the project is €6m, according to Construction Information Services database.
