Man posted sexually explicit pictures of his ex as a teenager on Facebook
A man posted sexually explicit pictures of his ex-partner taken when she was a teenager.
This was the claim made by the woman as a Naas district Court sitting.
The woman sought court protection claiming that she had been sexually abused by her ex-partner, who did not attend the hearing and was not represented.
She said he posted the nude pictures of her on Facebook.
She said she was underage at the time, aged 16 or 17, and he is using them as blackmail.
She added he is pretending that she posted the images.
Judge Desmond Zaidan granted an interim protection order and adjourned the case to March 10.
