Naas GAA hosts 'Up For The Match' on eve of All Ireland Hurling Final

Naas GAA Club is hosting an Eve of the All‐Ireland Final Preview on Saturday at at 8:30 pm.

This promises to be a night of chat and banter from a panel  of media pundits, ex players and all directed again this year by Killian Whelan.

The panel includes Damian Lawlor (Sky and RTÉ); Cathal Moore of Galway and analyst with TG4 and Stephen Frampton of Waterford and now with WLR.

On the neutral side of the debate we have Joe  Quaid of Limerick and current Kildare Hurling Manager as well as the camogie star Sarah O’Donovan

of Cork and now Dublin.

Jackie Tyrrell, the 9-time All Ireland medal winner with Kilkenny will be there as

well to offer his insight as to how players and managers will prepare for the final.

A Naas GAA spokesperson said: "All over Kildare there will be families will hosting relatives from both competing counties and it is a

great event to bring people together as has happened in the previous two years of this event.

"So come along and have some fun – remember some people whose counties are not competing will be  there to savour the atmosphere and no doubt give their opinion on this non‐traditional final!

"There will be a draw on the night for two All‐Ireland tickets as well as other prizes. An auction of a

signed Galway Jersey will also be completed on the night."
