New homes being planned behind bungalow in Kildare town

New homes are being planned on the Curragh Road in Kildare town.

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council on the matter.

Four detached dwellings are being planned to the rear of an existing semi detached bungalow.

The designs include three one and one-and-a-half storey detached 3 bedroom dwellings.

Also planned is a detached dormer four-bedroom dwelling.

Provision is made for car parking to the front of each dwelling and vehicular entrance and access road from the Dublin Road.

Boundary walls and landscape screening are included. 

A single storey rear extension to the existing semi detached bungalow is also in the plans.
