New plans lodged for well-known Kildare garage premises

A creche is being planned for the site of Conlan's car showroom on the Kildare Road in Rathangan.

A planning application has been submitted to Kildare County Council for the change of use from a garage and car bodyshop to a creche use at ground floor level.

Also in the plans is a change of use of a staff room/canteen to office use at first floor level at the rear of Conlan's car showroom and garage.

The planning application was submitted on June 19 last.
