New two-storey creche beside housing estate gets green light in Kildare

A two-storey childcare facility has been granted planning permission in Kildare town. 

Kelland Homes Limited has been approved for the 366 square metre development at the existing Blackmillers Hill estate, at Rathbride Road.

The designs modify the previously permitted childcare facility on the site.

The creche will be accessed via Blackmillers Hill Road, located off Rathbride Road.

The development has an estimated construction value of over €600,000, according to the Construction Information Services database.
