Planning permission is being sought to construct three brand-new apartments for Kildare town.
According to an application lodged with Kildare County Council, Maria Macari intends to construct the three apartments at Firecastle Lane in Kildare town.
Specifically, Ms Macari is seeking permission for 'the construction of a detached two-storey apartment block, consisting of three one-bedroom apartments, detached bike/bin store, connection to public foul sewer and all associated site works.'
The date received on the application is listed as April 4 last.
The submission-by and due dates are listed as May 8 and May 29 respectively.
