Promotion and plans for expansion at Kildare office of business advisors

Plans to double headcount over the next two years
Xeinadin, one of the leading professional services groups in Ireland and the UK has announced the promotion of Lisa Lokasto to Director at the company’s Kildare office, with plans to double its headcount in Xeinadin’s Kildare office over the next two years.
Lisa is an experienced Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor with experience across various industries, working with individuals, SMEs, and large corporate groups. Her legal background enhances her tax and compliance expertise, while her experience working at an AI technology company means she’s up to speed with the latest technologies in accountancy.
Sandra Clarke, Managing Partner of Xeinadin Ireland said: “We are delighted to share the promotion of Lisa to the market. Lisa provides lifecycle advice, building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through every stage of their journey—whether it's individual needs, business startups, ongoing support, or succession planning. She draws on all her experience to deliver tailored solutions that are practical for both local grassroots businesses and large corporate groups.
Lisa’s level of expertise has been invaluable to the growth of our Xeinadin office in Kildare and the wider business, and we look forward to seeing her prosper in her new role”.
Derry Crowley, CEO, Xeinadin added: “A strong business needs strong leaders to support and drive our teams. As Xeinadin has evolved and grown, so too has our wider leadership team and I’m extremely proud to see our people take the next step in their careers, providing inspiration and motivation to those in their teams who want to go to the next level. We have big aspirations for Xeinadin in Ireland and our employees are central to achieving those targets.”
Xeinadin have also recently completed the merger of Kildare practices O’Kelly Sutton and Ken Herbert & Co. within the new Xeinadin Kildare office.
The combined teams will offer the highest levels of audit, accountancy, tax advisory, and corporate finance services to clients in Kildare and surrounding areas.
With over 35 professionals located at its new premises, opposite Kildare Village, the office is currently undertaking a major expansion with plans to double its headcount over the next two years in Kildare.
In June of this year Xeinadin announced it would earmark €40 million for investment into Ireland over the next 18 months as it expands its footprint here with a core focus on taxation and business advisory services and audit for SMEs across Ireland. To date, Xeinadin employs over 500 people in Ireland.
