Six new homes built in this Kildare town
The €1.7m development is in Kilcullen, Co Kildare
A €1.7m, six-home housing development has been completed in Kilcullen, Co Kildare.
According to Construction Information Services, the address of the development - built by Annalough Homes Limited - is: Carrig Glen, Calverstown, Kilcullen, Co Kildare.
Work on the development began on January 22 2025, and were completed on May 6 2026.
The main contractor was Landton Construction Limited with the architect being Furey Consulting Engineers Limited.
CIS notes that a decision to grant planning permission was issued by Kildare County Council on January 22 2025 to Annalough Homes Limited for the construction of 4 x 4-bed semi-detached dwellings and 2 x 3-bed semi-detached dwellings in place of 3 x 5 bed detached dwellings previously granted under planning reference 21-478.
The planning permission included all ancillary internal access roads, infrastructure, and all associated site and development works and services.
