Traffic: Frost and ice on many routes

A low temperature warning remains in place until 12 noon today so expect frost and ice on many routes in Co Kildare.

Salt gritting trucks have been out overnight to minimise slippery conditions.

Allow extra time to de-ice your vehicles before setting out.

Remember that stopping distances are ten times longer on icy surfaces.
