Two men charged with murder in Monasterevin have been granted bail from the High Court

The two men who have been charged with the alleged murder of a 29 year old man in Monasterevin last year have been granted bail from the High Court, Naas District Court heard yesterday. 

Limerick man Dylan McCarthy was killed in an incident that occurred in Monasterevin on August 22 last.

Sean Kavanagh, 24, whose address was given as 17 St Marys Lane, Monasterevin and Calvin Dunne, 22, whose address was given as 1 Abbey View, Monasterevin have been charged with the murder. 

At Naas District Court, Judge Desmond Zaidan adjourned the cases involving the two defendants to May 4, to allow time for service of a book of evidence for both men.
