WATCH: Live music in Naas on St Patrick's Day
The rain stays away and the crowds come out
Naas celebrated the national holiday with 'live' music on the street.
People of all ages turned out for music events at South Main Street and Poplar Square.
Rime was when St Patrick's Day was celebrated with a parade in Naas but that gave way to a parade at Easter and that itself was more or less supplanted much more recently by the Bealtaine Festival.
But there was a warm reception for the music sessions which took place today.
