Tourism Ireland has unveiled a charming timelapse video, showcasing locations around Ireland’s Ancient East – including Castletown House in Co Kildare as well as Glendalough, Newgrange, Hook Lighthouse and Kilkenny Castle.

Called “Dawn to Dusk in Ireland’s Ancient East”, the short film showcases some of the wonderful attractions visitors will experience when they travel here.

From ancient monasteries to the world’s oldest lighthouses and medieval round towers, this timelapse film shows potential visitors what makes Ireland’s Ancient East so special.
