WHAT THE HECK?! Unusual van spotted travelling on M7 in Kildare

This photo sent in by an eagle-eyed passenger shows an unusual van which was driving on the M7 in Kildare in recent days.

The vehicle appears to have a device attached to its roof.

Similarly, also on the M7 recently, a flatbed truck towing an out-of-the-ordinary cargo.
