First up is St Martin's, Eyre Street, Newbridge which has a guide price bang on €150,000.

This quaint three-bed cottage type residence is set on its own site. While in need of extensive modernisation, the vendors say it is ideally suited to an investor or first time buyer. It benefits from a sitting room area and one downstairs bedroom equally suited to other uses. There is a rear Kitchen and bathroom extension also with two bedrooms upstairs.

One of the key features here is the site accompanying the property and also its town centre location. The front benefits from a neat tidy stoned entrance area slightly recessed from the street, but there is also the additional bonus of a large private back garden with room for expansion subject to planning. In need of refurbishment, this is the classic "doer upper".placeholder image
