Accused of dangerous driving at Electric Picnic

A man appeared in court accused of dangerous driving at the Electric Picnic in Stradbally.
Kevin Holland, 22, of Bunlacken, Collohill is accused of the offence at Cosby Hall, Stradbally on September 2, 2023.
Garda Sergeant JJ Kirby said a witness is in Northern Ireland. He said gardai are liaising with the PSNI and asked for a date in February for the case.
Judge Andrew Cody asked about the importance of the witness in the case.
“Allegedly something happened in Electric Picnic and this witness allegedly saw it,” said Sgt Kirby.
Judge Cody adjourned the case to Portlaoise District Court on February 8, 2024.
