GAA releases registered teams for Laois Wicklow Tailteann trilogy in Portlaoise
Armagh GAA All-Ireland legends to lead Laois and Wicklow into battle
The GAA has published the registered squads for the Laois V Wicklow Tailteann Cup First Round match, which will see two Aramagh All-Ireland Champions lead the two Leinster counties into battle.
Laois come into the game after losing to Kildare in the Leinster Championship, after defeating Offaly in the first round.
Wicklow beat Carlow in the first round of the Provincial Championship and came close to pulling a huge shock against Dublin in the second round, where many felt they should have beaten Dublin on the day in Aughrim.
Laois will be led into the game by manager Justin McNulty, who was on the same Armagh All-Ireland winning team as Oisin McConville, who is now in charge of Wicklow
Laois v Wicklow will take place on Sunday, May 10, at Laois Hire O’Moore Park in Portlaoise, with a 2 pm throw-in. The game will be streamed live on GAA+
