Gardaí appeal for witnesses of Laois burglary
The incident occurred on Saturday June 29.
An investigation is underway into a burglary in the Harbour Court area of Mountmellick.
The incident occurred within the space of five minutes- from 3am to 3:05am on Saturday June 29.
Gardaí believe the suspect was "acting suspiciously" before and after the burglary, from 2:30am to 3:15am. This occurred particularly in the Kirwan Park/ Lord Edward/ Connolly St areas.
The suspect is believed to be a male in his late teens to early 20's, approximately 5"6" in height, wearing grey shorts and a light coloured t-shirt.
