A special ceremony took place at the LOETB Centre of Excellence on Saturday, August 1, as Laois GAA officially unveiled the Bobby Miller Room, paying tribute to a hugely respected figure who devoted much of his life to the county and its GAA community.
Members of Bobby’s family were joined by friends and representatives from Laois GAA for the unveiling, with the occasion providing an opportunity to reflect on the significant contribution he made over many years.
The newly named room will provide a permanent reminder of Bobby’s involvement with Laois GAA and the impact he had on those around him. His values of dedication, community spirit and pride in Laois will continue to be associated with the Centre of Excellence for years to come.
