IN PICTURES: Portlaoise celebrate winning a fourth Laois LGFA Senior Championship in six years

The Town got the better of 2024 champions St Conleth's

There were joyous scenes in Stradbally GAA as the Portlaoise Ladies got their hands back on the Lulu Carroll Cup, one year on from losing to St Conleth's in Laois Hire O'Moore Park. They defeated the same opposition on Saturday evening for a fourth championship win in six years, having never won one before their first triumph in 2020. Photographer Paul Dargan was on duty for the Leinster Express/ Laois Live to capture the action from the match and the post-match celebrations.
