Laois Senior hurling team named for Meath game in the Joe McDonagh

The team shows four changes from the victory over Offaly
Willie Maher has made four changes to his Laois Senior hurling team for Saturday's clash with Meath in St Loman's Park Trim.
Laois' U-20 stars Jer Quinlan and Tom Cuddy drop out of the 26-man panel and are replaced on the field by Clough-Ballacolla's Willie Dunphy and Rosenallis' Fiachra C Fennell. Martin Phelan is the third change on the team and he has been replaced by Camross' Mark Dowling, who made his return from injury off the bench against Offaly. Picky Maher, who also returned from injury against Offaly off the bench, has been named to start against Meath, the team in which he picked up his injury in the league on March 10.
Paddy Purcell was Laois' match winner against Offaly with the Rathdowney-Errill man having played at midfield. He will play at half-forward against Meath with Rosenallis' David Dooley moving to the centre of the field. Laois' subs bench has been boosted by the return of Gearoid Lynch from injury.

Laois and Meath throws-in at 3pm on Saturday, April 27 in St Loman's Park Trim. Tickets can be bought in the usual Supervalu stores around the county as well as online. The Leinster Express/ Laois Live will also be providing a free live blog for those unable to attend.
