Laois trainee solicitor reaches Kilimanjaro summit for charity

Portarlington's Eoghan Davis reaches the top of Africa’s tallest mountain
A trainee solicitor from Laois has reached the summit of Kilimanjaro in an effort to raise funds for a community law centre.
Eoghan Davis, from Portarlington, was among a group of eight trainee solicitors who climbed the Tanzanian mountain on August 12.
The charity climb is raising funds for the Ballymun Community Law Centre, which provides free legal advice, representation, legal education and mediation for individuals and groups within the community.
The Law Society of Ireland has congratulated the group after completing the charity climb and reaching the top of Africa’s tallest mountain.
