Planning lodged for new Laois pizzeria

The new takeway will provide a home delivery service
Portarlington could be in line for a new pizza takeaway.
A planning application was lodged with Laois County Council for the development at Link Road last week.
Marcus McLoughlin is seeking permission for the development at Unit 2, Link Road, Portarlington.
He is seeking a “change use of the existing retail unit to use as a pizza bakery and takeaway, with a home delivery service, and for associated alterations to the shopfront and the provision of new fascia signage.”
The application was lodged with the council last Friday, July 12 but was deemed invalid.
