PROPERTY WATCH: Price slashed to sell former Portlaoise Mart

Farmers mart on sale as business opportunity site in Laois
The price has been slashed to buy the closed Portlaoise Mart, by over €200,000.
The former mart on a 3.5 acre site on the Timahoe road was on sale nearly two years ago at €900,00, but the price is now dropped to €695,000.
The land is zoned General Business, for commercial activities under the Laois County Development Plan.
Auctioneers DNG Kelly describe the sale as a “perfect opportunity to acquire a large commercial premises without having to sacrifice location”.
It was on the market back in April 2022 for €900,000.
