Three juveniles arrested following high speed car chase through Laois
Gardaí chased the stolen car along the wrong side of the motorway, where it collided with another vehicle
Three juveniles have been arrested following a high-speed chase through County Laois, a Garda spokesperson has confirmed.
On the Bank Holiday Monday evening, a stolen vehicle fled from Dublin through to Junction 15 on the M7, between Portlaoise and Monasterevin.
The chase went on for a considerable amount of time, with a portion of the chase taking place between Kildare Village and Ballybrittas.
The offending vehicle fled down the wrong side of the motorway, and collided with a third party vehicle on the road.
The driver of the other vehicle was taken to hospital for assessment.
Dublin Gardaí involved in the chase apprehended the stolen vehicle and arrested three juveniles.
