Kids at a Portlaoise Montessori get the full festival experience!
A Laois Montessori has posted a hilarious video of kids and early years practitioners enjoying their own unique ‘Electric Picnic’.
Staff at Kilminchy School House in Portlaoise were busy, setting up the festival grounds for their young picnickers.
Youngsters enjoyed their own ‘Pink Moon’ camping experience with a teepee bell tent, and loved the release of the much-anticipated festival lineup: face painting, a drum circle, a bubble party and much more!

As the little ones were getting the full immersive experience, there was a queue for tickets and wristbands at the ‘KSH Festival’ ticket booth.
There was delight and excitement once the children saw inflatable instruments and the DJ decks!
Some festival goers were lucky enough to get onstage and DJ themselves!
A highlight of the festival for kids (and staff it seems!) was the dance party and karaoke session held towards the end.
With plenty of treats, music, colour and fun, this festival surely went down as one to remember!
