WATCH: Portlaoise Polar bear on the prowl in Laois

There been lots of strange creatures roaming around the streets of Portlaoise over the years but a giant Polar bear was a bit out of place.

There's speculation that he was visiting to celebrate Ukrainian Independence Day on August 24. Watch above as he took a stroll on Main Street.
