Abbeyshrule Christmas lights tractor run presents €6,300 to Longford charity Cian's Kennels

The organisers of the Abbeyshrule Christmas lights tractor run presented €6,300 to Longford charity Cian's Kennels at a function last Friday night in The Rustic Inn, Abbeyshrule.

Declan Kenny from the charity provided a run down of where these vital funds will go.

Thanks also to Farmer Phil & Stewart Family Farm for coming along to present the best decorated prizes to some of the drivers.

The Abbeyshrule Christmas Lights tractor run committee would sincerely like to thank all the drivers who put in a trojan effort in making the run a success.

And all that helped them along the way and on the day…there’s too many to mention but without the help they couldn’t run this event.

Also a huge thanks to all the local businesses who offered prizes for another successful raffle.
