Motorists are being advised that roadworks to be carried out over the course of Monday to Friday, August 12 - 16 next will cause traffic disruption in Ballymahon, Longford town and Granard.
Roadworks: Ballymahon Main Street R-392-1995
Longford County Council wishes to advise that Macadam Overlay roadworks will be taking place at Main Street, Ballymahon R-392-1995 from Monday, August 12 to Thursday, August 15 between 7am and 6pm. A Stop/Go, road closure will be in place with extensive disruption to the public. VMS Boards will be in place.
Temporary Road Closure - L-3005-0 Deanscurragh, Longford town
The L-3005-0 Deanscurragh Longford will be closed on Tuesday, August 13 from 8am-6pm to facilitate the installation of underground cables for a pedestrian crossing. Traffic management system will be put in place by the McClarrion Group for the duration of the works and delays can be expected. In the interest of road safety, you are requested to follow diversions and heed all signs.

Roadworks R-194 Ballywillin
Roadworks are to be carried out on the R-194 Ballywillin road from Tuesday, August 13 to Friday, August 23 between the hours of 8am and 4pm. These roadworks are required to facilitate drainage works and Temporary Traffic Lights/Stop Go will be in operation.
