The death occurred suddenly in Mullingar Regional Hospital, surrounded by his family on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 of Barney (Bernard) Conway 33 Cloverwell, Edgeworthstown, Longford and formerly of Ballycloughan.
Predeceased by his parents John and Elizabeth, sister Kathleen, brothers Gerard, Jimmy and Johnny. Barney will be sadly missed by his loving family, his wife Kathleen, daughters Colette and Emer, son Martin, adored grandchildren Aaron, Leah, Kaitlyn, Tianna, Leeroy, Adam, Lekenzie and Sophie, great-grandchildren, sister Ann, brothers Joe, Brendan, Tom and Billy, daughter-in-law Orla, sons-in-law Mike and David, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Always in our thoughts, forever in our hearts. Rest in Peace Barney.
Reposing in the family home on Friday, November 17 from 5pm until 8pm. Removal to arrive at St Mary's Church, Edgeworthstown, on Saturday, November 18 for Funeral Mass at 11am, following Funeral Mass Barney will be laid to rest in Aughafin Cemetery.
The death occurred at her home, after an illness bravely borne, with her dearly loved family by her side on Sunday, November 12, 2023 of Kate (Kathleen) McKenna (nee McKenna), Currycahill, Ballinalee, Longford and formerly of Tullybryan, Monaghan. Predeceased by her parents Molly and James-Patrick and sister-in-law Rose-Mary. Kate will be sadly missed and always remembered by her heartbroken family, her husband Liam, her adored daughters Nessa and Cayleigh, sisters Mary McCaffrey, Eileen and Ann, brothers Mick, Pat, Paul and Gene, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and her many dear friends. Removal on Tuesday, November 14 arriving at the Holy Trinity Church, Ballinalee, (N39 PP60) for prayers at 7pm. The death occurred, in the care of the excellent staff of Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar, on Saturday, November 11, 2023 of Louis J. Belton, College Park, Longford Town, Longford / Kenagh, Longford. Predeceased by his brothers Liam and Paddy. Louis J. is sadly missed by his loving partner Anita Kelly, sister Maureen, brother-in-law Val, his godmother Peggy, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins and his many good friends. Rest in Peace.
Reposing this Wednesday afternoon, November 15 in Our Lady's Manor Nursing home from 3pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday, November 16 at 11am in St Dominic's Church, Kenagh followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.
The death occurred on Saturday, November 11, 2023 of Thomas McDermott, Aughintraugh, Killashee, Longford.
