Grants of up to €8,000 available for projects by Longford groups
The Healthy Ireland Fund 2026 is now open for expressions of interest
If you or your group have a brilliant idea on how to boost health and wellbeing in your community, Longford County Council wants to hear it.
The Healthy Ireland Fund 2026 is now open for Expressions of Interest (EOI) and have grants of up to €8,000 available to support projects that encourage adults and children to meet physical activity guidelines, and improves positive mental health and wellbeing.
How it works:
- First, set up your account first to complete your Expression of Interest (EOI)
- Submit your EOI by the deadline, Monday, February 9
Only eligible projects will be invited to submit a full application so before applying, make sure of the following:
- Have your Tax Reference Number
- Ensure you are registered with the Longford Public Participation Network
- Familiarise yourself with the Healthy Longford Fund Application Guidance and Terms and Conditions
