Longford mourns death of a lovely and kind lady

The death occurred on Thursday, September 14 of Mary Walker (née Rudden), Tully, Coolarty, Edgeworthstown, Longford.
Predeceased by her husband Jimmy and her parents Thomas and Mary Ellen Rudden and her sister Alice and her niece Marie Hourican, Lisrathigan, Mary was in failing health for some time and was a patient in the Autumn Lodge in St Joseph's Hospital in Longford.
Mary was a lovely, kind gentle lady who will be sadly missed by her family and many friends both in Coolarty and her native Parish of Ennybegs.
Mary reposed in Our lady's Manor in Edgeworthstown on Friday evening, September 15 and her funeral Mass was celebrated in St Mary's church in Edgeworthstown at 2pm on Saturday after which she was laid to rest beside her beloved husband Jimmy in Aughafin cemetery.
