Since last year's GOAL Mile the world has witnessed the brutality of war with Russia's barbaric invasion of Ukraine.
Today GOAL is working in Ukraine and members of the Longford community showed their solidarity while taking part in the Longford GOAL Mile. Their participation was warmly applauded by the large crowd present.
Tiernan Dolan, local GOAL organiser would like to thank all who generously supported the event as well as members of the Gardai and Shelley Corcoran of the Longford Leader.
The 2023 Longford GOAL Mile will take place on Christmas day, 12 noon from Connolly Barracks.
