The creative talents of students and teaching staff from secondary schools across Longford were on display this Hallowe’en as they brought their ideas to life through a range of imaginative costumes.
The Mercy Secondary School in Ballymahon also held a Halloween competition with prizes for Spooky Stories as well as the best costumes created by both staff and students.
Categories included ‘Best Special Effects’ which went to student Adrian Brach for his ‘contaminated scientist’ creation, and ‘Scariest Costume’, which went to Mr Guerin who came to school as Voldemort.
Scroll down to see just some of the impressive Hallowe’en looks.
