She works part-time at St Joseph’s Care Centre in Longford as a healthcare assistant, a role she finds deeply rewarding. She also works at The Brews Brothers coffee trailer in her home parish, Killoe, where she enjoys chatting to everyone in the community who stops by. Emily is a lifelong member of Killoe Ladies football club, and Gaelic football is a central part of her life. She also enjoys staying active through the gym, running and all things outdoors. The Rose of Tralee has always been something Emily wanted to do, and she is looking forward to Saturday in the Longford Arms Hotel.

Tara hopes to become a human resource manager because she enjoys working with people and creating positive environments. In her free time, she loves singing and she was part of the renowned Evolution Stage School growing up and Tara says this gave her a love for performing. Tara said the Rose of Tralee International is an event that she always enjoyed and that she is really looking forward to taking part in the Longford Rose selection on Saturday night.

She is new to the job since last year but she has thoroughly enjoyed every day there since she started and loves making a positive difference in children's lives. Back home, Anna likes to keep herself busy by playing ladies football with her local club, Killoe Ladies, to which she owes so many of her happiest childhood memories. She also enjoys all things music related and singing in GAA Scór competitions with Killoe. Anna says she is really looking forward to participating in the Longford Rose as it is something she wanted to do ever since she was a little girl.

She has taken part in art competitions throughout her childhood and was placed 2nd in the Credit Union All-Ireland art competition when she was 10. Laura spends all of her spare time being creative and her dream since she was a kid is to pursue Forensic Pathology. Currently, she has been focusing more on her creative side by developing her own online platform which she uses to broadcast her interest in Art & Makeup and promote products. Along the way she has gained an interest in the creator / editing side of the business, enabling her to increase her online audience. Laura says she will never stop coming up with new ideas.
