The successful sale of a well-established south Longford convenience store has went through, according to a local auctioneering firm.
Smith Property said the completion of the sale of Legan Convenience Store represents another significant commercial property transaction for the company, which also handled the successful sale of Smear Stores earlier this year.
Smith Property said prominently located in the heart of Legan, the convenience store has long served the needs of the surrounding community.
The company said it was proud to have brought the transaction to a successful conclusion and sincerely thanked the vendors for the trust and confidence they placed in the firm throughout the sales process.
