Traffic management in place as works get under way on Longford road
Roadworks will take place on the L-1040 road in Clontumpher from 8am until 4pm, on Thursday April 30, and Friday May 1
Users of the L-1040 road in Clontumpher may face slight disruption throughout the next two days as work on the road takes place.
The work will be carried out from 8am until 4pm today - Thursday April 30 - and tomorrow May 1.
Longford County Council have confirmed the road will remain open but said traffic delays should be expected as a traffic management system, namely stop/go signage or temporary traffic lights may be in use during the works.
