Uisce Eireann reporting a water disruption in east Longford town

Uisce Eireann is reporting a water disruption in the Edgeworthstown area.

The water outage issue in Edgeworthstown has also caused traffic disruptions.

The notification says that repairs to a burst water main may cause supply disruptions to Clonwhelan, Corclaragh, Clonca, Coolamber, Edgeworthstown and surrounding areas in Co. Longford.

The works are scheduled to take place up until 2:30pm today, Monday August 19.

the notificatioin says: “We recommend that you allow 3-4 hours after the estimated restoration time for your supply to fully return.”
