Connacht officially welcome Offaly man after transfer confirmed

Connacht Rugby have officially welcomed Peter Dooley to the province after his transfer from Leinster was confirmed.

Dooley made his 100th appearance for Leinster last weekend after news broke that he was moving West next season. He led Leinster out against Bennetton in Italy.

Peter made his debut for Leinster against Edinburgh Rugby in October 2014. The following season he played 21 times and has been an integral part of the squad since.

Connacht took to Twitter on Wednesday to welcome the Birr man to the province.
