Gardai investigating after car deliberately set on fire in housing estate in Offaly

Gardai are investigating after a car was deliberately set on fire in a housing estate in Offaly.

The act of criminal damage took place just after 2am on Monday December 5 in Mooney Terrace in Kilcormac.

“The car was broken into and set on fire,” a Garda spokesman said. “We are currently examining fingerprints which we took from the scene. If anyone saw anything in Mooney Terrace on December 5 please contact us.
