Gardaí called incident incredible and said third unrestrained child was in the rear seat
Gardaí in the Midlands say they discovered an unsecured child was in the front seat of a car with no seat belt while 'incredibly' holding a baby.
During the week, Portlaoise Gardaí on patrol stopped a vehicle after observing a child in the front seat not wearing a safety belt.
Incredibly when they stopped the vehicle, the unbelted child was found to be holding a baby and there was another child also unrestrained in the rear seat.
Gardai added that the tax was expired 497 day which led to the vehicle being seized.
The driver was issued with fixed charge notices.
